Once we charged it up and placed in the kennel the dogs instantly reacted quieting down. There is no longer incessant barking all night which is very good, however the downside is now our alarm system doesn't warn us of visitors of any kind good or bad! Fabulous product that has helped my naughty Kelpie. When he barks now I just have to say “want me to turn it on”and he runs away not barking. Sounds cruel but he’s not whelping or acting like he’s hurt. Highly recommend

Overall though it's been worth the outlay as it has helped to reduce the frequency and intensity of one dog and in doing so the other dog settled more quickly too...
Also the recharge feature is helpful and easier than having to replace batteries .

The device catches my dogs attention immediately he barks . I then say to him "Quiet" and give him a treat . On some occasions he runs to the door about to bark but stops when I say "Quiet" .

The best thing to stop barking. I only have to show it to my dog and he lowers his head. When I have to use it, it works very well . Even my sisters German Shepard stops barking when we turn it on. Money well spent. I would recommend to anyone who needs to stop the barking.
